Successful background check for every employee is completed.

TRAINING

GENERAL ORIENTATION TRAINING - required for both new and returning staff. This includes an opportunity to meet the management teams, review policies, procedures, benefits, safety and risk management issues, etc.

SPECIALIZED TRAINING - some positions will require completion before Magic Waters opens; including lifeguard certification and food sanitation courses.

ONGOING TRAINING - courses are held throughout the season. You may find yourself participating in emergency evacuations, fire drills, customer training, etc.

MAGIC UNIVERSITY - this training is readily available and convenient to anyone who is already in a supervisory position or to anyone who has a desire to become a supervisor in the future. The training is highly interactive and includes role playing, lecture, videos, discussions and the sharing of actual Magic Waters experiences. The training takes place on a weekly basis for five weeks throughout the summer. Cost of training is free to all participants.

TOUR OF DUTY- learn the park inside and out with a guided tour.

HIRING PROCEDURES

SUBMIT THE APPLICATION REQUEST YOU'LL FIND BELOW. You will then be sent a complete application to fill out & return to Magic Waters.
YOU WILL BE CALLED FOR AN INTERVIEW- if your interest and qualifications matches our needs. If it is determined that you would be a valuable addition to our team you will receive a formal written offer.
A FORMAL JOB OFFER LETTER-will be mailed to you.
IF YOU ACCEPT-you will receive a packet in the mail that will include almost everything you will need to know prior to the season start-up.
