Magic Waters Waterpark – Rules and Policies

Rules To Remember

Appropriate bathing suits are required (cutoffs, shorts with zippers, buttons or buckles, items with metal fasteners and rivets, and “thong” bikinis are prohibited).

Pool safety rules are strictly enforced, and children under the age of ten years old must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

To provide our guests with a high degree of health safety, ALL CHILDREN AGE 3 AND UNDER MUST WEAR TIGHTLY FITTING REUSABLE PLASTIC PANTS whether or not they are toilet-trained. A simple plastic pant is available free of charge with a paid admission, or swim pants in a variety of prints and patterns are available for purchase. (NOTE: Commercial swim diapers such as Huggie’s Little Swimmers are not acceptable without the tightly fitting reusable plastic swim pants worn over the top of them.)

CONTAINER POLICY
Glass containers, knives, alcohol, BBQ grills and pets are prohibited. Tents, canopies, or large umbrellas are not allowed. One 48 quart or smaller container per family will be allowed into the park. All food items must be placed inside the container.

RAIN POLICY
We want you to be absolutely sure that your trip to Magic Waters will be filled with "Waves of Fun!" Hang on to your tickets and receipt. If we have to close the rides down for 1 hour or more because of inclement weather, your ticket will be validated for a complimentary return visit, anytime during the 2008 season.

SMOKING POLICY
Magic Waters is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited within 50 ft. of the perimeter of the park.
